There was almost half as many closed sales as February, which lead to increased competition.

The highest home sale price was $755,000, for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath single family home! If you think that is crazy, the home went for $106,000 over the asking price. The avg. home sale price in March was $560,000 and the avg. price it went over ask was $15,000. This month’s avg. home sale price was over $100,000 more than February’s Market.
