This house stole our hearts! It was 1 of 2 we purchased in January 2020. As you can tell from the before pictures, it was left in disarray to say the least. We hauled out four 30-yard dumpsters full to the brim before we could even start demolition.

We were just about done when the pandemic hit, which meant delays on everything. We finally got it listed in May and it was under contract in 48 hours! This was also the first home I sold after I became a licensed agent that spring.
