While most of this renovation was cosmetic, it took about a month since it was an entire overhaul of the house. The biggest change we made was painting the ceilings. Although that may sound “easy”, Jamie had to sand every square inch before we could paint them. Since it is a rental property, we wanted to keep it simple and use the same paint colors on the walls throughout the home. The rest came down to design and decorating!
